GASKETS FOR GLASS LINED NOZZLES

Pfaudler AF 3000
Pfaudler AF 3000, the asbestos-free gasket system may be used for all glass lined apparatuses and pipes due to its very structure. It is highly resistant to corrosion to provide an efficient seal without danger of damaging the glass lined flange. The gasket consists of an FDA-approved envelope and various insert materials. Of course, System 3000 has been approved under TA-Luft (MPA Stuttgart). Gaskets

  • Gaskets to DIN 28148, according to factory standard or customer requirements
  • Temperature range: -60 / +230°C
  • Pressure range up to 40 bar, depending on construction

The gasket system 3000 is available in various designs:

  • WT: Insert made of aramide fiber (AF3000) or graphite (GR3000) and corrugated ring made of stainless steel
  • WKT: Insert made of aramide fiber (AF3000) or graphite (GR3000) and corrugated ring made of stainless steel, suitable for providing packing using the UF3000 packing material
  • WKTV: Insert made of aramide fiber (AF3000) or graphite (GR3000) and corrugated ring made of stainless steel, suitable for providing packing using the UF3000 packing material, optimized for vacuum applications
