The ”big ones” with added safety

Using the Cryo-Lock® agitator system dispenses with large reactor openings - the turbine is introduced into the reactor through the manhole. The small manhole is the largest apparatus opening of the DIN reactor BE. Thus, the BE reactor is one of the safest reactors in the world. Using the flexible Cryo-Lock® agitating system, the BE rector can be adapted quickly to the most different processes and individual user needs.

  • Glass lined reactor to DIN 28136
  • Nominal capacity to DIN from 1,600 to 40,000 liters
  • Standard operating pressure of -1/+6 bar
  • Permitted operating temperature of -25/+200°C
  • Agitator drives of the VSO type
  • Cryo-Lock® or ProSol agitator systems
  • Special designs according to Pfaudler standard: BE 630, 800 and 1000
  • Optional: Glass lined probes, Quatro-Pipe, fleXampler sampling systems, Glasslook, Fillok, valves

 

SMALL BE REACTORS 630/800/1000

For applications in engineering plants, in chemical and pharmaceutical product and process development and for small plants, Pfaudler has extended the reactor series in BE design to include smaller types.
