Pfaudler valves meet the highest technical standards. Optional sensors and measuring devices turn the Pfaudler valve type AMA/APA into a universal measuring and control instrument.
- Pfaudler valves comply with the requirements of TRB, TRR and TA Luft 2002 (optionally)
- Including manufacturer’s certificate for fittings
- Robust, single-piece stem design for high operational reliability
- Pfaudler glass is chemically resistant to all media - except hydrofluoric acid
- Equipped with PTFE bellows and safety gland
- Good cleaning and maintenance properties of the valve’s interior space through lateral maintenance opening - for regular inspection to TRB, the valve need not be removed from the vessel.
- Maintenance opening can be equipped with sight glass, probes, rinsing devices
- In standard design, prepared for a temperature sensor (TMI), can also be retrofitted
- The temperature sensor can be installed or removed without removing the valve!
- Glass monitoring possible with integrated P probe
- Fused-in T probe for permanent temperature measurement
- The glass coat applied exclusively consists of Pfaudler PharmaGlass (PPG), which is highly resistant to chemicals and free from heavy metals
- Limit switches (open/closed)
- Pfaudler valves are available with a manual or a pneumatic operating mechanism
- Special design: Pneumatic operating mechanism, spring-opening
The valves are now also available in FIRE SAFE design in compliance with the requirements of British Standard BS 6755 Part -2 (1987).

The valve was successfully tested by the Federal Institute of Material Research and Testing (BAM), Berlin, in November 2002.
